That's why the first step of any of our remodeling projects includes projecting your biggest investment, your home. We utilized a myriad of products and equipment to protect your home. We use Ram Board to protect your floors, Zip walls poles and 6 mil plastic sheeting to contain dust behind plastic curtain walls and two-stage air filtration units by Build Clean. We even clean your floors before we start to ensure any household dust and debris has been removed. Basically, your house will be left cleaner than we found it.

How it all started...
It could be said that my love for all things construction started at birth. It runs in the family, my grandfather gave me a handcrafted carpenters tool box filled with Stanley tools for my seventh birthday.. That’s when it all started. My passion for craftsmanship and design would evolve from a hobby to life goal. As an ambitious seven year old, I ventured out into business for as the neighborhood handy man calling my first business Handy Kids. With the help of some classmates, we repaired mailboxes and built birdhouses. My first entrepreneurial goals had a very modest start, but the dream remained the same – to build a business from creating things.
It became apparent that if I wanted to build a business my skill-set would need to grow. I earned my certification from the local vocational high school with a focus on construction technology. Later this was followed by a business management degree with a construction emphasis.
After graduation, I set out on my own, as TR Molnar Construction, LLC. Initially sticking to my roots as a handy man, but as my clients and work shifted towards remodels I transitioned to full-time remodeling.
In 2017, I re-branded and created New Hope Remodeling, LLC, a firm focusing on kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling and full interior remodeling. This new firm represents my passion; to provide a new hope to homeowners planning to remodel their homes.
